😴 When you are facing a big decision, take a night and sleep on it
Being able to sleep on a decision gives you more time to think about it.
However, it also gives you a chance to not think about the issue for awhile.
Take time, relax your mind and get rest.
When you wake up the next day you can think about the issue again and make a better decision.
Most big decisions don’t need to be made in the heat of the moment.
