Rogue Bees

Bees use the waggle dance to show the hive where food is, but some bees go rogue. They ignore the waggle and fly off on their own. It's the rogue bees that ensure the survival of the hive; they find new food sources.

Without them, the hive would, at some point, deplete their local food sources and die. The lesson: Ignore the waggle around you for a bit. Go out and explore!
