🤗 Don't Do Anything That Isn't Play
When we want to make life wonderful for others and ourselves, even hard work has an element of play. But a fun activity done out of obligation or guilt loses its joy.
If you dislike cooking for the family, stop. Ask your partner to cook. Or the kids, or order in. There are many better options.
Never do anything out of fear, shame or guilt. (Or anger, duty, or obligation).
